免费使用，但不开源
Rectfly 目前免费提供，今后可能推出付费功能。Rectfly 不开源，源代码不公开，不属于自由软件（free software）。App 及其代码、界面、图标和自有数据的著作权归开发者所有，保留所有权利。
你可以在自己的 Apple 设备上安装和使用 Rectfly。请勿反编译、修改、再分发或出售 App 本身，适用法律另有规定的除外。
第三方数据
Rectfly 使用了若干开放许可的词库、语料和字符数据，例如 CC BY 4.0、CC BY 2.0 FR 和 CC BY-SA 许可的数据。这些数据按各自的许可证提供，不受本条款的限制。来源、许可证和可下载的衍生数据见致谢页。
按现状提供
Rectfly 按现状提供，不对纠错、候选或补全结果的准确性作任何保证。重要内容请在发送前检查。在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用 Rectfly 造成的损失承担责任。
我们可以随时修改、暂停或停止 Rectfly 及其任何功能，包括词库与语法数据下载、评测统计和诊断报告上传，以及 TestFlight 版本的日志发送，并可拒绝或限制滥用这些在线服务的请求。
数据如何处理，见隐私政策。通过 App Store 或 TestFlight 获取 Rectfly 时，Apple 的标准许可协议（EULA）同样适用。

Free to use, not open source
Rectfly is currently free of charge; paid features may be offered in the future. It is not open source: the source code is not published, and Rectfly is not free software in the sense of software freedom. The developer owns the app, its code, interface, icons and original data; all rights reserved. You may install and use Rectfly on your own Apple devices. Do not decompile, modify, redistribute or sell the app itself, except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party data
Rectfly includes openly licensed lexicons, corpora and character data under licenses such as CC BY 4.0, CC BY 2.0 FR and CC BY-SA. That data remains under its own licenses and is not restricted by these terms. See Attributions for sources, licenses and downloadable derived data.
As is
Rectfly is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy for corrections, candidates or completions. Check important text before sending. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use Rectfly. We may change, suspend or discontinue Rectfly or any of its features at any time, including lexicon and grammar downloads, evaluation and diagnostic report uploads, and log sending in TestFlight builds, and may refuse or limit requests that abuse these online services. See the Privacy Policy for data handling. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to copies obtained through the App Store or TestFlight.
